ICGNC 2026 Conference Sponsor Recruitment

International Conference on Guidance, Navigation and Control (ICGNC) is a biennial event, which is also one of the leading events in Guidance, Navigation and Control (GNC). ICGNC 2026 is sponsored by Technical Committee on Guidance, Navigation and Control (TCGNC), Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics (CSAA), and National Key Laboratory of Aircraft Integrated Flight Control. It is technically co-sponsored by State Key Laboratory of Virtual Reality Technology and Systems, Technical Committee on Navigation, Guidance and Control (TCNGC), Chinese Association of Automation (CAA), Technical Committee on Unmanned Aerial Systems Autonomous Control (TCUASAC), Chinese Association of Automation (CAA), Technical Committee on Control Theory (TCCT), Chinese Association of Automation (CAA), Technical Committee on Robotics Intelligence (TCRI),Chinese Association of Automation (CAA), Education Committee(EC), Chinese Association of Automation (CAA),and《Guidance Navigation and Control》Editorial Office. ICGNC 2026 is organized by Guilin University of Aerospace Technology. The conference consists of pre-conference tutorials, plenary talks, chief designer forum, national famous teacher forum, panel discussions, invited sessions, oral sessions, abstract sessions, and poster sessions for academic exchanges.

  • One roll-up banner of the unit will be placed at the entrance of the main venue (to be prepared by the sponsor)
  • Booth area of 12 m² (8×1.5), with 2 free long exhibition tables

  • 3 admission tickets (including meal tickets) for the conference will be provided
  • Unit promotional page (limited to 1 page) will be included in the official conference information bag

  • Booth area of 6 m² (4×1.5), with 1 free long exhibition table

Category C (Gold Level) 8
  • 2 admission tickets (including meal tickets) for the conference will be provided
  • One roll-up banner of the unit will be placed at the entrance of the main venue (to be prepared by the sponsor)
  • Booth area of 3 m² (2×1.5), with 1 free long exhibition table

Category D (Silver Level) Unlimited
  • 1 admission ticket (including meal ticket) for the conference will be provided
  • Booth area of 1.5 m² (1×1.5), with 0.5 free long exhibition table (shared with other sponsors)
